Questions

What is a hybrid chatbot?

A bot that combines a script and AI. Routine cases like prices, orders or bookings always run the same way with no AI costs. Unusual questions are answered by AI using your knowledge.

Won't the bot make things up?

Prices, dates and orders come from your data, not from AI's imagination. AI only gets checked knowledge about your business and clear limits, and it hands over to a person when it isn't sure.

How much does a business chatbot cost?

It depends on the scope: cases, integrations and channels. Fill in the short form and we'll prepare a quote. Many chats run without AI, and for the rest we pick the right model for the job, so you don't overpay for AI.

What can the bot connect to?

Google Sheets, e-mail, calendars, Stripe payments, Zapier, Make and n8n. Via API also your CRM, online store or booking system.

Will the bot connect to my system?

Yes, if your system has an API, a way for other programs to talk to it. Then the bot can look things up, like an order status or free slots, and save new data, like requests or bookings. Most CRMs, online stores and booking systems have one. Not sure about yours? We'll check it for you.

Does the bot work on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. The bot uses the same knowledge as on your website. On WhatsApp it sends payments and bookings as a link.

What about data and GDPR?

The bot collects only the data needed for the case and passes it to your tools. We choose AI models that don't learn from your data. Details go into a data processing agreement.

The services are free and voluntary. The agreement to use the service starts when you start using it and ends when you stop. The form service ends when you send the enquiry. Sending an enquiry is not an order or a contract for a bot.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and an e-mail address if you want a reply.

4. Rules of use

The chatbots on this site are artificial intelligence systems. Use the service lawfully and fairly. Don't enter unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes other people's rights, and don't try to disrupt the service. Don't share passwords, card details or other people's personal data in the chats.

5. AI answers

The demos show what bots can do. AI answers may contain mistakes, so don't treat them as legal, financial or medical advice. This doesn't exclude our liability where the law doesn't allow it.

6. Security

Using the internet carries common risks, such as malware and impersonation. Keep your software up to date and don't open suspicious links.

7. Complaints

Send comments and complaints to kontakt@gryf.ai. Describe the problem and tell us how to reach you. We reply within 14 days.

8. Final provisions

We will announce changes to these terms on the site in advance. Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that cannot be excluded by contract. We process personal data as described in the privacy policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Controller

2. What data and why

Quote form: name, e-mail, phone, company, website, industry, your description and attached files. We use them to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest, e.g. to continue the conversation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We ask for your consent to contact you by e-mail and phone about the enquiry (Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Your e-mail is needed to reply. Other fields are optional. We also record where you came from (e.g. a campaign name) when known.
Fill in with AI: if you use it, the website address, its public content and attached files go to OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and the selected AI model provider only to draft the brief. We choose providers that don't train models on this data. Don't include your customers' personal data in the files.
Chatbot demos: you are talking to an AI bot. The conversation and any data you give in it (e.g. an e-mail for a summary) are processed so the bot can work (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Answers are written by the AI model the bot uses.
Analytics (Google Analytics): only with your consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent any time in the cookie settings.
Quote form statistics: no personal data. We only record how far the form was filled in, which fields had something in them (not what) and whether it was sent. We don't record field contents, your IP address or anything on your device. We use it to improve the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing and we don't profile you.

3. Recipients

Data may go to companies that help us run the service, under data processing agreements: hosting and database, e-mail, the bot platform, OpenRouter and AI model providers, and Google (with analytics consent). When data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by a European Commission decision (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is kept up to 2 years from the last contact. If we sign a contract, for its duration and the period required by law. Demo conversations: up to 12 months. Analytics data: up to 14 months. Form statistics: up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, object, and withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before). Write to kontakt@gryf.ai. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).

6. Cookies and browser storage

gryf_consent (necessary, 6 months): remembers your cookie choice.
_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): only with consent to analytics cookies.
Browser storage (necessary): the form draft and the music setting until you close the tab, the animation setting until you change it. Where you came from is stored only with analytics consent.

Change your choice in the menu: “Cookie settings”. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
